Medication Management & Initial Assessment Fees

We offer comprehensive medication management services to help you optimize your treatment plan. Our self-pay rate for medication management is $180 per session. This includes ongoing support, medication adjustments, and regular follow up to ensure you're meeting your treatment goals.

Additionally, an initial assessment is required, which is $350. During this in-depth consultation, we will review your medical history, current medications, and overall health to create a personalized medication plan tailored to your needs. Both services are designed to provide you with high-quality care and the attention you deserve.

Insurance

We are currently accepting Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurances. Also, in the process of being in-network with United/Optum. We understand the importance of accessible and affordable care, and partnering with Anthem allows us to offer comprehensive psychiatric services to individuals and families covered by this plan.

Payment

At Pascale Psychiatric Services, we offer flexible payment options to make accessing care as convenient as possible. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment. For self-pay patients, payment will be due at the beginning of your appointment. For telehealth sessions, copayments and self-pay fees will be due at the time of the session.
